Mike impressed us with our first encounter by telephone. We called and left a message for him on a Saturday. Expecting a return call Monday morning, we were excited and surprised to receive his call within just a few minutes. He called us from his son’s baseball game!

Mike is trustworthy, honest, and very responsive. He obviously has a love and enthusiasm for finding his clients the home of their dreams. Because Mike understood exactly what we were looking for, he was prepared to show us several homes during our first trip to Charleston. There was no need for a second trip! With Mike’s help, we put an offer on one of the homes he showed us and we closed within a month! But Mike’s help did not stop there. Since we were from out of town, Mike went out of his way several times to help with the details involved with closing on a home. He was able to refer us to local appraisers and home inspectors as well as arrange for their entrance into the home. Mike stayed with them as they did their job and reported back all findings. That goes above and beyond anything we could have hoped for in our real estate agent.
