Charleston, South Carolina has many types of condos to select from this spring. I found over 400 condos available for sale on the peninsula. Historic downtown Charleston offers unique options and locations. Consider living on King Street the heart of the fashion district. A majority of the condos are above existing retail stores throughout the downtown area. These condos are an excellent investment or second home purchase or a wonderful rental product for nearby MUSC.
My favorite locations or districts downtown include the, French Quarter - with sweeping views of the Charleston harbor. The new Anson House or Dockside condos are very popular. The Cigar Factory will be the most exciting residence on the Charleston Peninsula.
It's clear that Charleston's condo market has plenty to select from within the historic district to the outer edges of the peninsula.
